Prettifying Pink

Wedding bells were clanging past few weeks for numerous families since it was the wedding season. I was also invited for a wedding that happened to be from one of our closest family friend. The joy of attending a Punjabi wedding was uncontrollable as Punjabi weddings are full of laughter and fun.

During such occasions I assuredly dress into the culture of the related community, so once again I decided to go simple gracing a machine embroidered Anarkali which was the latest trend in both India and Pakistan. Unlike my friends who preferred to wear heavy golden embroidered dresses,I chose cotton Anarkali since the weather was not cool. The dress does not adjust to the moods of the occasion although I did enjoy being simple and elegant.

Anarkali: Arpan
